When you call, a receptionist or our voice mail system will direct you to the correct department. If the extension dialed is not available please record a message. Our receptionists will be able to help you with appointment requests, but calls to the nurse will be returned by a registered nurse as soon as possible. We prioritize requests based upon the degree of urgency. Non-urgent calls regarding test results and prescription refills will be returned within 24 hours. Please restrict after hours calls to urgent medical conditions. If you feel you have a true medical emergency call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you are pregnant and in labor or your bag of water has ruptured, please go directly to the Labor and Delivery unit at the hospital for evaluation and they will notify your physician.
