During Regular Office Hours:
For non-emergency problems please call 801.756.9635 for the American Fork group, 801.374.1801 for the Provo group, 801.404.5588 for the CNM Group, 801.489.0111 for the Springville Group, and 801.465.3201 for the Payson Group during regular office hours. When you call, a receptionist or our voice mail system will direct you to the correct department. If the extension dialed is not available please record a message. Our receptionists will be able to help you with appointment requests, but calls to the nurse will be returned by a registered nurse as soon as possible. We prioritize requests based upon the degree of urgency. Non-urgent calls regarding test results and prescription refills will be returned within 24 hours. Please review the Patient Education tab of our website, as it may be able to answer your questions.

After Office Hours:
Please restrict after hours calls to urgent medical conditions. If you feel you have a true medical emergency call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For urgent conditions after office hours, call our office number and it will page the physician on call. He will return your call as soon as he is able. Please speak clearly and then repeat:
- Your full name
- Your birthdate
- Your phone number
If you are pregnant and in labor or your bag of water has ruptured, please go directly to the Labor and Delivery unit at the hospital for evaluation and they will notify your physician.
