For patients of our American Fork, Provo, and Midwife groups, phone calls to our office will be directed through a computerized system to the designated department to take care of your needs.

You may choose to speak to a:

  • receptionist
  • surgery scheduler
  • account services rep
  • or a nurse

To answer your medical questions, we have a triage team, headed by a registered nurse, who is dedicated to facilitating your care.  All calls directed to the nurse triage department will be processed in order of urgency and need, with a commitment to returning all calls as quickly as possible.  If you leave a message, please remember to leave all phone numbers where we can quickly reach you.

For patients of our SpringvillePayson and St. George OB/GYN Groups, you may be asked to leave a message for the nurse or provider to call you back. We will respond as soon as possible.

Labor or Broken Water:

If you are pregnant and in labor or your bag of water has broken, please go directly to the Labor and Delivery unit at the hospital for evaluation and they will notify your physician.

After Office Hours: 

We have a registered nurse who is available to take emergent phone calls at night and on the weekends.  Please note, this nurse will not be able to schedule appointments, refill prescriptions, or prescribe pain medications for you. She will be happy to answer urgent medical questions and consult with the provider on call as needed. To reach the nurse, please call any groups main number listed above. She will return your call as soon as possible. Please speak clearly and then repeat:

  • Your full name
  • Your birthdate
  • Your phone number

Emergencies:

If you feel you have a true medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you are pregnant and in labor or your bag of water has broken, please go directly to the Labor and Delivery unit at the hospital for evaluation and they will notify your physician.

If you are requesting records and your address and/or phone number have changed since you last saw us, please send us an email with the corrected information.

For hospitals, clinics or patients needing to upload records to our facility, please click here and follow the instructions. Your records will be uploaded to our office securely.

Lab Results:

Results for our most common labs may be returned to you via your preferred communication method: text, email, or voicemail. All labs requiring follow up will be discussed with the patient over the phone or in person. For GYN PATIENTS, your labs will be available after they have been reviewed, which may take up to 2 weeks from the date they are done, depending on the lab test ordered.  For all OB PATIENTS, most normal lab results will be discussed at your next prenatal visit.

Patient Portal:

Using our Patient Portal may be the easiest way for you to communicate with our office, at your convenience. By logging into the Patient Portal, you will be able to ask questions, fill out patient forms for upcoming appointments, check on balances, and pay your bill. We will also send you an email to let you know when your lab results are available in the Patient Portal for you to access.

Our groups accept most Medicaid and Medicare plans. All of our groups except, Springville, Payson and St. George offer a sliding fee schedule for essential services depending on family size and income. Please speak with a receptionist or account services for further information.
